Teeth protectors?

Postby God » Tue Apr 19, 2011 7:51 pm

So.. apparently my parents want me to wear something to protect my teeth. Paintball masks are out of the question. What other options are there? Thanks.

This is what I have and it is pretty nice. It is super thin, perforated, and more of a harder plastic than a thick rubber one like a football gaurd. It is easy to talk with, drink with, and breath with, which all of those can be a challenge with a football style one. Just my two cents.

The bitter end ones are better if you want to communicate with out spitting out a mouth piece

Cheapest option is the football mouthpiece. They'll work if you don't wanna fork out 50$ for a bitterend mask.

If you can't talk with a mouth guard you're doing something wrong. I wear one for lacrosse and we're yelling and communicating the entire time, while winded, and can talk perfectly fine.

mesh is mesh, bitter end is a good brand and better quality most likely, but if you want something cheaper than there are many brands that make something similar to this.

These are custom fitted to you and are quick to get. You can talk with it in and since it is custom fit to your mouth it does not end up on the ground. Love mine and Still have all my teeth.
They are a little expensive but I feel they are worth it.

I don't personally use face protection, but have considered it heavily. I do however try to block my teeth with my free hand if i'm moving into a spot i know i'll get shot at.

For Mouth Guards that these are the way to go. Many of my team uses these. You can still talk clearly with one in.
