Thank you Limpy. Getting shot in the back sucks and I did sprint right past you right after shooting you so I understand it. You stepped up your maturity and sportsmanship later in the day with the safety kill being out of range call and getting shot when asking about the range. I know that can be disappointing and I was glad to see you conducted yourself there well. You are fine in my book bro.

Camaraderie > The game.
Giving up your position/advance/life/win to talk to a specific person about a poor call, not calling hits, or other misunderstanding or attitude then giving them time to cool off / consider it is always preferable to letting tempers and general accusations fly. Generally they step up their game afterword and it ends as friends or at least with respect.

If your temper is too hot to address them like that perhaps just stopping and walking up and giving them a knowing look? IF the person really did notice the hit and not call it that is all that will be going through their head. Purposeful cheaters always feel guilty. Or letting the admin do their job and talking to / banning if repeated once the admin sees it them selves?

As for the searching incident... Well if I'm looking for a hand held IED...got check a guy pretty well don't you? lol

I'm not dead, so in return I have pictures:

If my iPhone didn't die on me (and I didn't succumb to head exhaustion later on) I would have taken more pics.

I'm glad people had fun with this. Next Holy Wars I believe the US forces will know to be ever-vigilant with identifying innocents & hostiles. Insurgents, you did a great job of making things hectic & stressful. The people that seemed to have the most fun were those that really got into the role-playing aspect. From what I heard later is that before the game ended a peace agreement was being hashed out between the 2 factions. Hey, not every Airsoft event needs to be just shooting people. :D

The civilians did a great job staying in character. Tried to warn you I would be fully frisking you after the IEDs being so small event. Poor boy who actually had me frisk him made me laugh with the "that was my ****" comment. Purely professional son, sorry. You other two were wise to declare your self clean out of character when I asked. lol

That was you? I'm not offended, I have no issue being searched. If you hadn't searched me, I'd have had something on me, most likely.

By the way, f***ing awesome game, Pickles and Ben. I had a blast, and will definitely be at the next one. You've got a game of the year vote.

EDIT: To all of y'all US and ANF guys who had a problem with being knife/pistol killed by an "unarmed" civilian, that was our role! Don't get your knickers in a twist over it. I personally witnessed a bunch of peeps getting really pissed off (though one guy in MC was awesome about it, props to you), and, after respawning, keeping their guns trained on me after getting stabbed, even if I'd already been searched, this was out of character, and kinda killed the immersion.

Still, Pickles, great game.

Juice, I have to thank your for getting up and making a run for it when you were under armed guard while the house was being searched...it was immensely satisfying to shoot you in the back a couple times :D. Good work staying in character for the game and not letting it get to you that the US guys were getting ticked off and not staying in character.

If you guys thought this one was awesome we are already working hard at making sure the next one is even better!

This was a really great event.

It was a lot of fun to watch everybody play their characters and such.

Kudos to Pickles and Phoenix for hosting such an awesome event.

That was great, almost as great as when he drew Redd's pistol and shot everyone, including like 2 admins.

Hey...at least I printed all the stuff off so that everyone would at least have a paper telling them the idea behind what was going on...
