Alright I hate to be the buzz killington here but what about health concerns? Do the people serving this food have food handlers cards? Are we talking about professional catering here or somebody is bringing this stuff and doing their own thing? In my experience, mass quantities of food for large audiences can be hard to prepare. Sometimes things are undercooked, mistakes can be hazardous. An undercooked hot dog never killed anybody, but something like chicken could give people food poisoning. I would hope that these concerns are addressed at any event that serves food.
