Yes! more training! And set the prices so you dont lose money 'FOO! A man deserves a little beer and taco money for setting up an event as long as it doesn't suck! I'd pay more as long as the groups doesn't get too large to get effective training.
I'd also like to see some Law Enforcement style classes. Dealing with stairways. Dealing with Continuations, covering multiple openings, covering the 6 etc. And the old standard techniques of "How to NOT shoot the instructor point blank on a early door breach" and my all time favorite "How to fall on your face while entering a room and still end up in a good firing position"
Personally I can care less about Mag capacity during general training. I'd prefer to hear a little winding verses standing around waiting for people to run back and reload their 2 real caps so we can go again. Unnecessary down time is the waste to me, not little noises from someone else's hicap.

If you want to train with real caps, do so for sure. Train the way you plan on running live. Screw what others are doing.
On Sundays we were swapping stack positions every run. Doing that taught everyone to count down their position every time so they knew what they were suppose to do each run through. I loved it when Zaki started to shoot a couple people out of the stack to make us change up on the fly what we were doing. The massive dog pile one run was Kodak moment for sure.
