That was awesome. And it's great picture Fred. Next time I'll rig it up as a tripwire!

Great Training, Thanks for setting it up, and be sure to let Zaki know we appreciate him taking the time, and the shots >< to work with us.

My 2 cents to make future trainings better is to use limited/real-capacity ammo. Future trainings may also include target-discrimination, low light, and correct use of flashbang.

Admin may invest on a colored duct tape and tape across a door/opening to signify that it's not in the play. This is to minimize confusion and to smoothen the training process. Changing the rooms in use frequently will also be a welcomed refreshment and keeping the students challenged to adapt.

It's also beneficial to swap stack position more frequently in order to experience more.

All of this. Yes.

I agree on the magazine thing quite enthusiastically. When I'm trying to learn applicable skills for competitions or real steel, hearing the winding of high-caps grinds my gears.

To get this increased level of professionalism are you guys willing to pay a little more? I charged $15 a head ($25 prepay) and with costs to Zaki and CAGE, I broke even + a little more (under $50, and it went towards all the shit that broke that I loaned out, and I overall lost money).

We can do other CT operations and LE and all that jazz. I'll talk to Zaki.

Yes! more training! And set the prices so you dont lose money 'FOO! A man deserves a little beer and taco money for setting up an event as long as it doesn't suck! I'd pay more as long as the groups doesn't get too large to get effective training.

I'd also like to see some Law Enforcement style classes. Dealing with stairways. Dealing with Continuations, covering multiple openings, covering the 6 etc. And the old standard techniques of "How to NOT shoot the instructor point blank on a early door breach" and my all time favorite "How to fall on your face while entering a room and still end up in a good firing position"

Personally I can care less about Mag capacity during general training. I'd prefer to hear a little winding verses standing around waiting for people to run back and reload their 2 real caps so we can go again. Unnecessary down time is the waste to me, not little noises from someone else's hicap. :D If you want to train with real caps, do so for sure. Train the way you plan on running live. Screw what others are doing.

On Sundays we were swapping stack positions every run. Doing that taught everyone to count down their position every time so they knew what they were suppose to do each run through. I loved it when Zaki started to shoot a couple people out of the stack to make us change up on the fly what we were doing. The massive dog pile one run was Kodak moment for sure.

I would pay a bit more just to insure that I didn't miss the one and only time this was done.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll start working with Zaki on a MOUT level 2 one day course and a Law Enforcement / Counter Terrorism one day course.

As far as LE and CT, are you wanting more to deal with civilians, snatch and grabs, bus/airplane drills, multiple entries, or what?

If it's an 8 hour day, capped at 24 people, split into two teams, we can cover a whole helluva lot.

Remember, you can't get perfect at this stuff from one or two days. Take the one-two-three boom's, flow drills and continuals from this training, get with your groups and practice it over and over until you know who does what.

MOUT is all about muscle memory and practice.
