Woo! My goggles showed up in the mail this evening!
They came packaged in the original plastic, confirming that they are indeed brand new, unused.
They come with both smoke and clear lenses, and as requested, I got a tan strap. They also come with a very nice cloth carrying case, which has pockets for both the goggles and the extra lens, and the case itself has Velcro straps on the back which could be used for carrying the goggles on either a belt (should accept a 2" belt) or a MOLLE vest (They aren't MOLLE straps, per se, but they'll fit on a vest, taking up a space four slots wide by two high).
They are TAN, not Coyort Brown, so keep that in mind. They match the tan of ACU very well, as well as the light tan in Multicam, so they would look great with both.
I've been wearing them for about an hour now, with a balaclava, to see how well they do with ventilation. So far, so good. I'm wearing them as I type, with the smoke colored lens in, and I can see quite clearly.
I'll go for a run with them on tonight once it cools down even more (It's about 40 degrees out right now, but should get closer to 35 for the night). I figure that running about 2 miles with a balaclava will get them to fog, if anything will. EDIT: I just got back from my run, and they're absolutely fog-free. I got a little perspiration inside the lenses, but not enough to impair vision.
I don't have a helmet yet to try them out with, but they work just fine with my patrol cap, and they've got a long enough band to handle being worn over a helmet no problem. They might feel a little big if you aren't used to the size of tactical goggles, but they're low profile enough that I shouldered a full stock AR without problem, and I had a good cheek weld.
Overall, these things get an A+. They look great, and they're very sturdy, besides having THE BEST ventilation I've EVER seen. I haven't found a single problem with them yet, but for the price, even if I did find a problem, I probably wouldn't complain. I'll try to get some more pics up once I can find my camera, but here's one I took with my webcam...
I'll update in a week or so once I've given them some time to break in.
