Discussion of GBB (gas blowback) replicas.

Information on the KJW Sig GBB please.

Does anyone own or has anyone used the KJW Sig (full metal version)?

I've been thinking about one and I'd really appreciate some last minute guidance by someone who has packed one around for a while.

Is it durable? Accurate? FPS? Anything at all would be great!

Thanks guys.
Please buy your gear from Rick Fisher; perhaps he can buy a Life.

What I heard was that the grips were kind of shoddy. I think there was a review of one posted somewhere here..

I got one early last week, and I love it. Good range, Feels like a rock, hard blowback. Mag leaked, but teflon tape took care of that. Overall its my favorite GBB I've ever fired.

I got one about a month and a half ago, same thing as above, the mag leaked, tightened it up, and it seems to have fixed that problem. Seems to be fairly accurate, don't have a clue about fps, though. So far, it seems really pretty nice, but I haven't put a lot of use to it.

Here I am! Yes, I did a full review on it (Vids included). I'll link it at the bottom.

KJW = VERY good. I've had mine for quite some time now, and I've had no problems except that the allen screw on the base of the magazine needs to be tightened now and then to prevent leaks. Surpsingly, just a little twist and the mag does NOT leak. The grips actually aint that bad at all. I was a little afraid at first that they might be delicate - that was until I took the thing apart. They're held together with little steel rods and the plastic is THICK. They don't bend or warp (woot).

I will say one thing, though, that I've had a problem with since I bought it. The paint in the trigger can chip after extensive use. Other than that.. It's a damn good side arm (especially if you like SIGs).

Here's my full review (enjoy!): http://www.airsoftpacific.com/viewtopic.php?t=4165
