Had a fun time, learned some new stuff.

Thanks to Cobol for the sling idea, I'll probably be making one of those sometime soon.

Big thanks to Troy for helping me finally aquire a sidearm.

And the actors did an awesome job. Couldn't have done it without them.

And KI113R, you took off without your mask.

Thanks to every one that showed up.

Thank you to Nick and Corrie for creating the mayhem I got to pitch most of the day.

Thank you to all of the actors that made this one of the funniest CQC days I have experienced. Tommy being hugged by Alex. Rick throwing his shoe at the stack. Nick sliding around on his a$$ as no one knocked him out in the meth lab mission. Treefrog getting downstairs away from the team but runs straight into a boobytrap. The first mission was my favorite to run and watch.

"Praise Jesus Fish!" - Treefrog

"I'm invisible! You can't see me!" and "My... name. is... I'll cut this bleeding BITCHES HEAD OFF!" - Rick

"MUAAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAH...AHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAH...AHHAHAHA" - Nocte

Oh man. I wish I had seen that.

No one is doing that to me in the near future - Safariland holsters for the win! :D

Thanks to AP for putting this on. It was a lot of fun for our team and we learned a lot. I'm sure some of you who were at cqc3 could see that we have improved. Thanks to the actors and to Nocte for writing those senerios. All I have to say it F*** senerio 2! Thats was so unexpected. We got our asses handed to us. Entertaining for the actors and admin and us lol. Well done.

watchin raddue go screaming into the hallway armed only with a broken bottle, he took out 4 people with stabs, then stole my sidearm and used it against my team....what a bastard. but comedy gold none the less.

I think I saw a little genuine player fear the first time I did that ;)

Thanks everyone for coming out and enjoying the madness I wrote up for you to go through. My goal was to provide sceanarios that would test all (or at least most) of the aspects of CQC in at least one of the scenarios.

Meth Lab
Emphasized awareness of surroundings, fire control (i.e. don't shoot anyone), non-lethal alternatives to submission, and a little negotiation. Good job to the teams that knocked most of us out without killing us. Also major props to the team that bribed Alex down with a cigarette. That was 100% pure badassery.

Bomb Scenario
Emphasized escorting of non-team members in and out od dangerous places. Maybe next time it's a hostage you're getting out, but the actions are the same. Focus was also very heavy on speed. This scenario wound up being one that stealth was critical. It wasn't written that way originally, Corrie was supposed to radio back - over a ghosted channel - after each bomb was disarmed. After seeing the Marine Raiders sneak through the house and even silently knock out the civilian, they deserve applause.

Domestic Call
This was the hardest one, in my intentions of writing these (go ahead, Bill, get it outta your system ;) ).Emphasis was the first actual use of a DM that I'd ever seen at a CQC event. Teams were supposed to shoot Rick before ever getting many people in the house. Knuckes, I'm sorry for shooting you in the nuts. :?

Thanks for coming out and playing through my stories. I learned a lot about how to write these, after seeing how they panned out, real world style.

haha, you killed half our stack. Garrett and I cleared the other room, and when we looked back Acid, and Garret, were both dead.
