Another Great Night at the Babylon - 27 August

Postby Pope_Alex_Kaeda_I » Thu Aug 03, 2006 11:22 am

This is to announce the start of the epic Gangland Trilogy:

Another Great Night at the Babylon - 27 August - The Crack House
Night of the Trolls - Date TBA - Location TBA
The Kendo Hunt - Date TBA - Location TBA

If you click the link and download the .pdf document, you can see what this event is going to be about. This is the event briefing. Feel free to ask questions if you dont understand something.

Consider each of these events as a mini-competition with a gang-sim theme, rather than a mil-sim or tac-sim theme. They’re more relaxed than most competition style games, but in their own way, it will be a much fiercer series of events.

The entry fee for each event (at this time - I am finishing working things out with the venue for Part Two, and Part Three, so I am hopeful I can keep costs down) will be $10 per person ($20 if you are paying on the day of the competition) - I do accept paypal (as in, it would behoove you to Pre-Pay). Part is going to pay for the facilities; the rest goes to cover event costs (as in, I am making no money off this, and neither is my staff). Because of the low cost, and structure of the events, the prizes will not be as lavish as a major operation. The ‘winning gang’ in each round will receive a prize, and one of the actors will receive a prize – if funding is available, additional prizes will be secured to raffle off to random participants. Obviously, the more people that sign up early, the more prize-rich the event is going to be.

Each part of the trilogy will be separated by several weeks.

Each day will end with an Awards Ceremony - probably at Shari's or a similar location. Bring enough money to pay for your food and leave a tip. At each Awards Ceremony, everyone will be given the opportunity to vote for the “Best Themedâ€

None of you niggas gonna kill me! Don't you know who I am?! I'm Kendo Montana! I PUCK YOU UP!!!

For movies, I also reccommend "A Better Tommorow 2" to see three seasoned gangster get pissed at over 150 dudes at the last scene.

Another Great Night at the Babylon Briefing PDF File wrote:Age Restrictions
All participants under the age of 18 must provide an Airsoft Pacific waiver signed by their parent with emergency contact information. If you are over 18, having your waiver on file is good enough. The minimum age for attendance is 15 (I don’t care if you are turning 15 the day after the event, if you’re not 15 on game day, we cant have you there).

Ya I already did that and I lost count of how many times I hit her. :) But in the end I came out the winner like always.
