The Famous Rhody Days Festival is May 19-21st, with a Grand Parade on Sunday, and a visiting carnival throughout the weekend. Dont be confused, the Kiddy Parade is on Saturday, not the Grand Parade. There is millions of Bikers, RVers, ATV riders, and campers.

Scenario: 2008- North Korea is no longer considering launching a nuclear missile into the U.S. homeland. The top commanders have decided that it would be much more effective and failsafe to seize the small coastal town of Florence, specifically the wooded hill just outside of town, to use as a launch site. The beaches are very smooth in places, perfect for a beach landing. The U.S. Missile defense system is designed to attack targets flying over the Pacific Ocean, not missiles launched from within the homeland.
They overcome the Coast Guard and make their landing with little difficulty, as many reigional National Guard units are deployed to the conflict in Iraq or Afganistan (or Iran, haha). They seize the town and make their way to the local hill, where they set up a simple scud launch site. The warhead is to be a dispersion type explosive, very effective for sending tons of virus particles into a large area. The virus in this biological weapon is a Smallpox Hybrid, which the North Koreans obtained from the former Soviet Union (Read: The Cobra Event by Richard Preston). It is resistant to twelve different antibiotics and vaccines, and Nuclear Radiation. Since Scud type missiles can be launched from the large mobile truck launchers, a quick launch is very possible. Portland OR, Los Angles CA, and Washington DC are all targets. They place the launchers in three separate defensive postions around the hill, so that the American forces that may arrive in time cannot capture all the launch sites at once. They plan to cripple the U.S. economy and will to fight.
America responds rapidly, sending the elite 10th Mountain Division to quickly regain Florence.
NK forces hold the high ground, and are slightly better prepared. The stakes are extremely high, as this is the first enemy control of the American mainland since the Revolutionary War.
Objectives for Americans: Capture and destroy the SCUD launch sites as quickly as possible before they are prepared for launch. After the sites are controlled, utterly defeat the NK forces and drive them into the sea, where the Pacific Naval Fleet can crush them with supreme firepower.
North Korean Objectives: Maintain control of at least 1 launch site and defeat these Elite U.S. forces to show the world your supremacy.
After this is complete, we'll just do some intense skirmish games.
