Build some sort of collection device that funnels the BB's into a 5gal bucket so you don't have a crap ton of bb's of the floor.

Get a big snack chip/ banana box from a grocery store and hang a towel about half way inside. With the chip box, fold the top flaps in at a 45 degree angel to help keep the bbs in. For the banana box, use tape along the edge to stop rollers.

Don't forget the leaf blower for easy BB clean-up.

I don't see why you shouldn't put up a bedsheet about a foot away from the wall and collect closer to the bottom. You could put targets in front if you wanted, but I would only use paper so it goes through and still collects.
