are large camper trailers allowed? if so where should they be parked?

Quick question: I wouldn't be able to make it on Friday. Can you appear on Saturday and camp overnight to Sunday, or do you have to be there on Friday to attend the event?

Show up whenever you want between the opening hours Friday and the closing hours Sunday. But remember no vehicle traffic after 10pm on any day.

ATTENTION:

We have had numerous questions regarding bringing large tow behind trailers to the event. At this time, we are saying NO to tow behind trailers. The reasoning for this is we are expecting a record crowd, and as it was last year, we ran out of parking. Now, you will see 2 at the event. These are staff and have been pre-arraigned so as to not interfere with parking. Please don't think we only like 2 people...

When you show up, please follow staff directions on where to park. We need to be able to cram as many cars in the field as possible, and we have a plan for this. Please don't be a snowflake and try to make your own parking area. If you do, expect us to not be happy, and use your car as we see fit.





On another note: We got a delivery of raffle donations in today. I won't say who they are from, but they are pretty sweet. If we hadn't promised the groups who sent them pictures of the winners, we might just keep them for ourselves... Like our Facebook and Youtube pages to show the sponsors that lots of people are coming out. The more people who show support, the better the donations get.
