We could use some more green team

Its forecasted to be very hot this coming weekend. We ask all players attending to bring lots of water. Consumer water before the event and during the event to stay hydrated.

Due to the temps forecasted to being really high, we will be going with earlier start times. Schedule has been adjusted

NO SMOKE GRENADES OR CAMP FIRES ALLOWED. FIRE CONDITIONS ARE WAY TOO HIGH RIGHT NOW

Tan side Kyle Jackson (Sniper), James Fetterhoff (Assault), Radio (Assault), and might have 2 or 3 more signing up soon as well.
WarChild I might be hanging back to give you support. Got hurt last week and not sure if I can play but I would like to have some sort of a support role to help the tan side.

DK has mandatory work day so he wont be there. We could use another SAW guy to replace him.

FYI:
---------------
NOAA has issued the following weather warning for the upcoming weekend. If you are planning outdoor activities, please plan ahead to mitigate exposure to heat exhaustion and heat stroke.

An upper level ridge will begin building over the Pacific Northwest on Thursday, then build more strongly over the area Friday and continue Saturday and likely into Sunday, producing the hottest weather of the year so far and likely bring record temps to some locations.

PRIMARY AREAS IMPACTED: All areas of southwest Washington and northwest Oregon will experience the warm up, with the hottest temperatures extending from the coastal mountains through the valleys to the Cascades, the Columbia River Gorge, and the Upper Hood River Valley. An Excessive Heat Watch has been issued this morning, effective from Friday afternoon through Sunday.

TEMPS: Valleys: 95 to 100 Friday, near 100 Saturday, and the 90s on Sunday but with rising humidities and increasingly warm night time minimum temperatures. Mountains and foothills: 80s and 90s.

IMPACTS: The heat will make exercise and exertion risky during the day, and could lead to heat stroke or heat exhaustion. The heat will likely drive many to seek relief in area rivers, and this is where many fatalities occur during heat episodes. Life jackets are a must. Pets and children should not be left in automobiles. The heat will likely exacerbate the fire danger across the region.

TIMING: Friday afternoon through Sunday. The weather will likely remain uncomfortably hot into next week as well.

Keep in mind folks that we are starting in the early afternoon instead of later as initially posted and having a extended rest break while the temps rise in the afternoon. I personally will have cold bottled water in the Kabota to pass out as we play. If we all make sure to stay hydrated and take it easier, we will still have a fun time and not have complications if we were to play irresponsibly. We've had high heat before at events. Just need to make sure to watch the signs and make sure to stay hydrated.

I'll look into bringing an igloo for the tan side filled with ice water and bring trash bag for cups. If anyone on tan side has cups that would be great. I will only be there for the Saturday game (per Dr ok). But still bring your own water if you can. Never know what could happen.
