LAST MINUTE REMINDERS / REQUESTS / INSTRUCTIONS from the Commanders

1. Adhere to the schedule (posted at the bottom). If you are not in formation and ready to take the field by 1000, you will have to catch-up.
2. Please make it through check-in and chronic first thing, then worry about getting your gear squared away.
3. Entering the Field LATE - Contact the ADMIN and they will direct you to your teams FOB/CCP. Put on your dead rag and DO NOT engage the enemy until you have checked in with command.
4. NO BREAK - we are operating for the full 5 hours. Bring what you need with you. A tarp or plastic bag to cover your gear at the FOB is strongly suggested.
5. If your camping Saturday, please have your camping gear put away when the field opens.
6. PARKING - Alpha park at the south end (by the check-in shack) and Bravo at the north end (farthest from the entrance)
7. Alpha and Bravo will also be setting up their insertion / briefing locations north and south, respectively. This is where you need to "hang out" not at your vehicle.
8. Immerse yourself into the event and get into the grove, but remember to have a good time and don't take yourself too seriously

0800 Field and chrono open
0830 Assemble for weapons check / chrono
10:00 Assemble Insertion Point / Final gear check and ready to deploy
10:30 Assemble in formation lined up behind squad leaders for final mission briefing
11:00 Insertion into field, weapons hot. Patrol to FOB / CCP and establish 360 security. Conduct further operations.
15:00 Rally at extraction point for debriefing
16:00 Operation complete

Thanks to everyone who participated in the private company forums, it is greatly appreciated.
See you Sunday!

Lots of campers finally showed. Major campfire good times. hardly rained at all.

Weather forecast tomorrow is cloudy with afternoon rain which should be about the time we are done.

Please bring exact change if you can. it helps me out.

see you guys in the morning.

I hope everyone enjoyed today's Milsim event. I know it was the first game of 2015 for a lot of players and maybe the first game for you in many months. The fact there was such great participation for a February game where we received record rain fall for a week prior gives us hope that Airsoft/Milsim is alive and well..

After an event of this level it is important to share feedback so future events can be improved. The avenue Phantom Fury uses is the AAR (After Action Report) Other teams/players that run together may have a different name for it, but hopefully you are all sharing your experience. To be 100% CLEAR this is not a time for WAR STORES, but to share your experience and get feedback on the mechanics of the event. All feed back is IMPORTANT, your age does not matter, if you are a single player, run a squad or have enough players to make the their own Platoon. What is important is you provide feedback! It can be about YOU or the EVENT.

AAR .... It's simple two categories
SUSTAIN (what your like)
IMPROVE (what need to be improved)

PF is going to start ...

SUSTAIN:
Everyone showed up on time, registered, went through chrono and we entered the field just 15 min behind schedule.

IMPROVE:
Provide more time for the pregame briefing and initial objective.

Looking forward to your feedback,.
