I believe we have the necessary numbers to close assualt on yellow but can't update until the morning since I'm on a mobile phone. I will give it until midnight 10/29 for anyone to sign up then it's closed and will not add anymore since I know there is a few contemplating coming. I will increase farc capacity by the amount increased over the initial limit if there is any on military side
