I would recommend something like the Condor MOPC or the CPC without plates. We had a lot of luck fitting women with those when I worked at Airsoft Outlet due to widely adjustable shoulder straps, and bi-folding property of the MOPC's front armor panel.

Or you could always go the route I've seen in some Law Enforcent/PMC photos of a soft armor vest with a chest rig over top. That seems to offer a lot of flexibility in terms of fit.

Good luck though, nothing is really designed with the female figure in mind as they rarely see frontline combat.

Ran into a few of those (wives, girlfriends, daughters) on the field. They are a major buzz kill for all, and typically end up making their "loved ones" leave before the games even over.

Not to mention the cash guys spend on their gals kit. (That ends up collecting dust, hard to resale)
That's money that could be spent on gun parts, or on hot-wings and beer at the strip club!

Not a bad choice, lots of coverage across the chest which is probably best, I would probably get that same vest for my girlfriend if she ever picks up playing.
