Techi in Portland Oregon

Howdy all, my name's Myke, and I'm a newbie to airsoft.

I own a VFC E-series M4, and am hoping to convert it to an m16 with a collapsible stock. Problem is I want to have the battery in the stock, but I'm too afraid to open the mechbox. I need a good yet inexpensive techie in Portland oregon (SouthEast) to rewire the thing to either the buffer tube for a lipo, or to a crane stock and maybe do a little bit of fine tuning.

Again - very new to airsoft - like a newborn chick. Any help would be appreciated.
