Add three more Turks: Matkin, Spartacus79, and I will be running with the Marine Raiders.

We're one week out from this OP! The extended forecast looks awesome, 70 degrees and sunny, perfect!

I've updated the numbers based on the most recent info:

Total numbers: 138-185

Greeks (ALPHA) 03/14/06 : 72-103
Turks (BRAVO) 03/14/06 : 66-82

REMEMBER: Gates open at 5pm Saturday for those who want to camp, and there's FREE BBQ! Remember to bring your AP waiver if you don't have one on file, and the field waiver (you need a new one each time). There will be an early registration from 5:00pm to 7:00pm for those who don't want to worry about it in the morning.

This should be a VERY fun game to kick off the spring/summer! I know I'M looking forward to it! See you all there!

I just knew there would be a problem when all those players that signed up for Bravo, then said "OooooNooooo", we better change teams so that Alpha would not be short handed. Now look at the numbers. Just like Admin said earlier, "we will balance the numbers out". I would actually place the correct quote, but I don't know how to do that.

I just want to reconfirm about campfires. They will be allowed for those camping out Saturday night, right?

I plan on bringing parts of my neighbors tree to burn that were "deposited" in my yard during some of this past winters storms. It's not much, but will last us an hour or two. I just want to make sure fires are allowed before I load the wood up.

Yes - campfires are a go. Bring firewood if you got it!

Will we be able to sight in our weapons at the target range on saterday evening?

Is there going to be alcohol there? I was kinda thinking about bringing my girlfriend along to the BBQ and camping out, but if we are gonna have a bunch of drunken airsofters there, I may rethink that.

I would not recommend bringing your significant others. that just spoils the fun. Plus the rest of us have to try and act like gentlemen.

I will be attending, although I'm currently in need of a ride. I'll contribute towards gas if I can score one.

Also, I would like to apply for team Alpha.

And we really don't have room for spectators and friends or family who aren't participating in the game. So, if your girlfriend is attending, she must be armed.

But in another thread Braddock said Strippers are OK. Is this true or false?

That would probably be somewhat distracting, but hey, I wouldn't complain.

she wouldn't be there for the game, just the bbq, but actually, I like the idea of getting out of the house for a night.
