Would you buy Dytac?

Postby Snake Doc » Tue Apr 02, 2013 3:41 pm

I had never heard of them before going into Thunder Kiss NW the other day, at 270$ the AR style seems a bit too good to be true. Have any of you owned one, heard good / bad things?

Thanks.

I think there are couple of topics here about them. Several saying that they are great. I believe they've tested them fairly well to show they hold up.

I think on youtube there are a few reviews from over seas that say about the same thing.

I bought one, basically out of curiosity, because I wanted to see if the claims I'd heard had any credibility. Lets just say I now own two. It has lived up to every one of the claims I'd heard, and I've put the thing through hell. My sons had also performed flawlessly. Both using 11.1 lipo's, and not a problem. The only issue we had was the reciever pin on both of them would come loose and fall out. Thunderkisd has since resloved the issue by replacing them with locking pins, and presto, issue resolved. As to whether or not you should buy one- I'd say no. It's been wayyyy to much fun for my son and I, smokin' fools who don't have one!!!

If I was in the market for an AEG, and Classic Army was out of business, I would.
I do hope that after all this discreditable shuffling we may be taken into action. It has a wonderful way of reconciling a man with himself: and with everybody else, sometimes. - 1st Lt. James Dillon
