Some of you may remember that short documentary that I made in 2010 featuring our very own Randal "Renegade" and, Bill "Seagreen." If you don't remember, it is still up on youtube collecting digital dust.

Over the last 3 years I have been working on this project off and on by pestering some of you to appear on camera, and trudging through the thick wooded hazardous areas we call play fields with thousands of dollars of borrowed equipment. Today I can say that the film, now my senior thesis, is finally finished and will show next week at the Hollywood Theater in Portland as a part of the Art Institute's winter term screening. It is a free event and open to the public so everyone who would like to come out is welcome.
The only restrictions for this event will be seating. Every term the place is packed out with friends and family. I suggest that everyone come early and sit together as a group.
I would also like to make it clear that I will not be putting this up on the internet for all to see as I have before. It is going to be submitted to film festivals and most festivals will only accept films that have not been posted online or sold in stores.
I hope everyone that is interested can find the time to come out. There are some other student films that will show at this screening as well as animated shorts and student reels.
*UPDATE*
The Invisible Hobby has been accepted to the Wizard World Sacramento Comic Con Film Festival. It will show on Saturday March 8th at 3:15pm in the Big Sur Room at the Hyatt Theater. Anyone in the Sacramento/North California area should look into going if they can.
