Because of the fact that this might be a sold out event or very close to on game day, we will only register those on our RSVP sheet.

If a team on game day has spots available will allow those who "walked-on" to be checked in (first come / first served)

HOWEVER

If a team on game day has NO spots available we will not allow those who "walked-on" to be checked in UNTIL at the end to see if there is are any flakes aka no shows and rosters spots available.

BUT

worst case scenario if it ends up being there are some walk-ons without being able to register due to no spots being available. We then will see how we can balance the teams with who is there. It could mean some people will not be able to attend. although I highly doubt this situation will occur because we always have no shows.

We take online rsvp and pre-pay statuses seriously and advise people at the very least RSVP here on the forums if you are serious about attending this way it "locks in" your spot.

Unfortunately there is no such service available onsite. I know of situations that vendors will come in and offer their refill services for a fee however it's would need to be a much larger amount of players that would need this special type of product. There are locations about 30 minutes south of the field that offer there type of refills.
