Bill, looked through the player handbook and things look good. I would like to see you ad a space on the last page (the medical emergency card) listing an emergency contact with a phone number. Even if we are out of phone range, the wonders of HAM radio we can use a relay to get in touch with the appropriate parties should a true emergency arise.

Super bummed, but 9th Group is going to have to bow out of this. All but a couple of us got time off requests denied, and those who got their requests denied were also that ones that were providing rides.

Good luck to BSP to host a great event, and to those attending enjoy yourselves. We'll catch the next one.

Just an FYI, we did a check of our backup location this weekend and there was 2 feet of snow. Primary had 2 to 4 inches. If weather stays like this the rest of the week we will be a go. However if the Mt. Hood area is blanketed with snow or ice, making the area drive too dangerous, we will postpone the event. Check back.here Sat night to ensure the game is on. I will be making the drive to the field on Sat to ensure roads are navigatable. Also ensure you have the propper clothing for the weather.
