Well, the age req takes quite a few people off that list... Nuts that I turn 18 like, three months after this. >_>

Insurance doesn't cover "Close enough".

Reconfirming the details of the OP, I see Seagreen has removed the age limit from the intitial post. Not sure if it was intentional or not. Ill edit my previous commnets unless he changes his mind again. I think I saw you on the roster too Snowman. So you should be good for now unless things change.

The age requirement was lifted because we want people to have a chance to prove they want it.

The intent of our program is to build a smaller community of players who want more than a bb hoseathon. I've talked to several players who are active here...and they have voiced their opinions about what they want to do and how they are interested in the direction we are heading with our events as well. I hope that all those interested in our ideas are interested in our vision of fun and our collective idea of the future of airsoft in the NW.

The impression games are just that "impression" oriented. I as one of the "leader guys" of BSP, will not put our name on a big steaming pile of shit game so a 13 year old can get his gun on....not before, not now. We want YOU, the milsim "geardo" guy to get what you initially got into airsoft for....an experience not a cookie cutter.

This is our plan, a milsim community dedicated to working together to have fun and develop events that everywhere else in the world just wishes they could go to. Everyone is welcome, but you gotta be willing to play the part.

That is exactly what I'm working on right now. I've been queried by a group I really respect..and am working up a storyline that will fit their needs.

I'm such a giver....and the other guys in BSP hate me for it. :D

Also @Matt, you are always welcome.

That being said...I've gotten a lot of interest in acting as well. So, tomorrow I'll start adding volunteers to an actor list. Thank you VERY much ahead of time. :D

I talked to my guys & there's at least 6 ISAF-C guys that can be OPFOR. We can even coordinate with the Rushing Russians.

Android, please PM your roster. The players and volunteers from all the private PM traffic and intent are going to make this a really fun program.

Also, it would appear we have met our playerbase needs, and have nearly met our acting needs...in less than two days! This is very exciting indeed.

We have room for a few more 'impression' participants, and we will be defining the OPFOR gear posthaste. Thanks everyone!

For OPFOR impressions we are looking for a look that is a cross between Chechen rebels and FARC rebels with more of a lean towards the foreign soviet block look. A mix between woodland and earth tone goodwill street clothing would be an effective and cheep way to get a good look. Weapons should be bare bones boring and free as possible of tacticool toys. I'll post pictures of both groups tonight. The overall goal is to allow the OPFOR to create a rag tag rebel look but still maintain some level of uniformity.

That is actually very reasonable for what we are trying to accomplish for this OPFOR set up.

Jerm is grabbing images for the actors to model their "look" behind.

Regarding OPFOR:
The main groups of our separatist rebels are from lower class families who came looking for, and subsequently found a "brotherhood" amongst their comrades. Think broke 3rd world college students who can’t even afford a complete uniform. The web gear is cheap and poorly made chest rigs to hold mags and that's about it. Their weapons are whatever is available and works. But there lack of equipment and advanced training is made up for by their relentless drive to destroy the West and topple their government. These photos are of Columbian FARC and Chechen terrorists. A good blend of the two plus mixing in a little hints of Zeta cartel will round out your looks well.
