need help with building a field out of bio material

So I have use of a forty acre field that I can build on but only with bio materials. I'm willing to trade help for play time on the field.there 's two pre built buldings that are gunna be used as a base I might build trenchs any other ideas. Thanks

So bio materials as in wood? Would concrete also apply?
Whereabouts is this 40 acre property, and are there any insurance waivers for players?

Check Craigslist for old pallets, or even hay bails will work great. Where is the field located? I might be able to supply some materials.

Hay bales work, until the ants move in. They will only last about 1 season, then start to rot, and when you hit one for cover, and all sorts of living things start crawling on you, they suck

Here is a idea, The large tree trimming company's give truck loads of mulched up foliage away all day. You can get tons of it for free. Wheelbarrow it into position and heap it up high. When the field is needed to return to natural, just spread out the debris.

I live in newberg so a field as close as gaston would be amazing. I suggest log barriers. That and canvas bags filled with dirt to make "sandbagged" bunker positions. Canvas/burlap will eventually break down but the dirt will tightly pack to the point where it stays in place

Hey maveric the logs can be any diameter however i suggest you use thin logs for ease of transport and such. sent you a pm with my number text me anytime or call later (after 3)

Doing log barriers and burlap sacks full of dirt works well. The barriers should use trimmed branches as stakes to hold them up. I have seen this type of field construction on Ft. Lewis in live fire areas, so it is actually sorta correct too. If you need help with ideas, shoot me a pm, I live on 240 just outside of newberg so I could help out on sundays.
