So, KWC Glock 17

Postby binicb2r » Wed Sep 26, 2012 8:05 pm

I was GIVEN a KWC glock 17 a couple hours ago. i dont know if it works and the mag is all buggered. anyone know where to find parts? anyone know how the gas bit in the slide is supposed to go together? i feel like its missing a part or two.

what about mags or at least a valve setup as this one is buggered, semi tapped and missing a valve.

if i can make it work on the cheap ill use it akimbo with my gas beretta 93, if not ill do a duracoat paint job and make it a cool desk ornament.

I use to have a kwa g18 and I know that Kwa still makes repair parts and that airsoft outlet NW caries them. Airsoft outlet did most of the work repairing mine for me I would bring it in there an see of they can give you any advice on it. Also the new ATP mags work in the old kwa version 1 glocks. I didnt beleive this at first but have tried them in mine they are a little tight but they work great.

KWC is just a rebranded KWA. They all use the same parts.

shouldn't summer be over by now?
KSC is the rebranded KWA, or the correct way to put it is that KWA is the OEM for KSC; both KWA and KSC are 2 different companies.

KWC (kien well company) on the other hand is a Taiwanese company that makes low end airsoft pistols and revolvers
the problem with having a sub $50 gas pistol is that there is not going to be parts support for it but then again it is probably a waste of time to fix it in the first place if its not a seal issue

sadly summer is over. back to strengths, materials, physics and calc. and a year of shooting at the freshmen!

thats the real problem is the mag is all messed up so i cant even test the sucker. cant get propane through it. internally it looks mint, externally its got a bit of holster wear. need to find a valve of some type to run in the mag as the last one looks like it was stripped, helicoiled and then removed at some time. heck, it was free to me, if i can get it going on the cheap ill just use it as a 3rd backup gun when the full auto bretta freezes its self or runs out of ammo.

anyone know whats supposed to be in the upper as far as parts for the gas system? i have found 2 different diagrams for it, one looks perfect to what i got and the other is missing a few parts i have and has a bunch other i dont.
