What's up with the 3rd waiver? What is Lifeline Medical Team and what am I signing on for by filling their waiver out?

Last Event a gentleman had a pallet fall on his head and ended up with a concussion. We took care of him. At Sportsmen's Rally We had to evac a young man because of a seizure and a tumble in the dark that no one saw. He was unconscious and seizing when he was found. We got him to the hospital. We are there to help enforce safety rules, weather related safety (hydration in the heat and proper insulation in the cold) and provide first aid, kiss your boo-boos and when worse comes to worse save your a$$.

We are currently staffed with three people, and a fourth on-call. We have an EMT-B, a EMS-FR, and a couple of BFA certified helpers to hand out band-aids, water and assist our EMT when needed. These gentlemen and lady are an awesome bunch, they patched me up a few time's when i was to hardcore and let me tell you, the community is very lucky to have them!
