I was wondering if there is any good playfields in the Medford,Oregon area.

No. There aren't. Medford is a black hole where anything good and fun goes to die.
Srsly though there's pretty regular games out at Gold Hill, and a bit of invite only stuff going on above Ashland and around Grants Pass.
