So im new to airsoft and got a broken gun from a friend he doesn't want. and i want to try and fix it. What are all of the tools needed to get into a gear box and put it back together. Along if anyone can help me find some videos that can show me how to properly get into a gearbox. that would be great

What gun is it? Mechbox is good, but they are bit out dated due to all the TM stuff on there. Youtube has got plenty of great tutorials.

Ooof, have fun fixing that. Those are prone to breaking. Anyway, they are standard Version 2 gearbox AR design, so videos will have you covered for the disassembly and assembly.
