Stolen Tactical vest...

Postby Snowflake » Sun Jul 15, 2012 11:44 pm

Last night my truck was broken into. They grabbed my black tac vest, with pouches and hydro pac.
I realize it's crazy to think I'll ever get it back, but I figured there's only 2 places to sell a loadout. Craigslist or the AP market place. If by some random chance any of you see a black tactical vest for sale that has the following features, I'd owe you a major favor, and possibly a reward.

- Basic zip up, 2 buckle (from Andy and Bax), with green belt
- Black hyrdo pac with 2 pockets on back
- radio pouch, mag pouches, utility pouch with ID (just remembered my R&R ID card was in it, damn it!), 2 dump pouches one black and the other ACU.
- It had several patches; "Sober", a black patch with a orange circle and triangle, an american flag with vertical stripes green and black, and possibly a red Ravenwood patch.
- mulitple hicaps with ACU tape wrapped around the bottom, some with Blackwater logos
- Even took my 2 Midlan walkies.

The funny part is the idiots who took my vest and few other small items, didn't notice the 4 gun bags with several airsoft guns in them, or the coleman camp stove, or the box of DVDs.

Sigh...FML!
Thanks

This is about the time all the douches will chew you out for leaving it in your car in the first place. Sorry to hear that and hope you can recover it.
I do hope that after all this discreditable shuffling we may be taken into action. It has a wonderful way of reconciling a man with himself: and with everybody else, sometimes. - 1st Lt. James Dillon

Oh I know. They'll see my patch at an event, "Hey aren't you the dumbass that left your vest in the truck overnight?"

I doubt I'll get it back, but there's the typical feeling of the invasion of privacy. It was my first vest when I started playing airsoft.

I just went thru all my other bins and realized, they got ALL my hicaps. Yay!

Sorry for the loss. We will keep an eye out for it. The least that we can do is replace the ID card. :)

I've played with you a few times, so I'm really sorry to hear that happened.

If I remember correctly, it either was or was the same design as a condor elite tactical vest. Image

Where was it stolen from? At an event or in Gresham?

Sorry to hear you lost your gear. Congratulations on them missing the guns, though! (Semi)Lucky man!

It's very similar to that vest. Andy and Bax sells them. I live over by Mt Hood Community College in Gresham.

Thank you Stubby. Sorry i can't make it this weekend. The way school is going right now, I'm gonna need to sit around the R&R campfire for a week just to take the edge off.

Sorry about that, but this is the second time in as many months. I thought people would take heed after the first thread.

I didn't see the earlier thread, not that I didn't already know to take my gear out. I have been slammed with school, thus lazy in my other duties. Lesson learned.
