If they try to focus solely on the MOUT site, yes.
If they were do use the North end, 300 people would fit easily. At least from what I remember. However, the north end is just forest(With plenty of roads, random 'bunkers' and foxholes dug everywhere). Personally, I liked it more than the MOUT end after about the 3rd time down there.
