Frag, shoot, drink whiskey, then ask.

Then airstrike the village.

Call in an airstrike (that is if the AF isn't on a lunch break)

Step one. Get good at RTS games. Preferably starcraft. get to diamond league at least. Should probably play terran. Then you will hopefully understand strategy, tactics, timings, mechanics and reading/reacting your opponent at some basic level.

Step two, figure out how you would apply this to airsoft senarios. Identify how you would take a position. When you would retreat to save units. How to get the other team out of position and how to take advantage of it when they are.

Then practice executing with your guys. Teach them how to siege tank push. Teach them how to stim to win. Execute the scenarios you identify with your troops until they react just as easily as units do in the RTS you pick and you control them with a skill that puts you in the top few percentage of players.

Then you will have the best group on the field. Guaranteed.

PS: most teams don't even have the basics of retreating and reengaging quickly down. Understand when to attack and when to retreat + getting your guys to actually execute those will cause you to crush everyone else out there.

4, show up to games and just wander around shooting people while one hand is in pocket.

Until you're against a team of South Koreans.
