The G&P mount system is a bit different. I have my busted one you could measure off if that helps.

I'll do the first design off the A&K for an estimate, since they'll use +/- 10% the same amount of plastic. I can upload the design for a quote without having to order one. If it isn't outrageous, then we can get together and do a G&P box and get it produced.

Umm. Yeah. So, Shapeways wants to charge me close to $385 + shipping to print a SAW box. That's just the box. No widgets, or alignment rails, or stiffeners, or anything neat like that. In basic grey plastic. Just a rough-cut of the 5-sided hollow shell. Basically, something I whipped up in SolidWorks in about 5 minutes with an existing A&K SAW mag and calipers for dimensioning.

I'm going to keep looking around for other options while I improve the design file. But, the reality is, I'm eventually going to buy a 3d printer. When I do, I'll be able to do these for a less unreasonable cost. But they will still be upwards of $100 in materials (although they will be much more robust than the stock ones).

I may experiment with trying to build them out of acrylic, and 3d print the connector bits. Or, if I can get my hands on some real SAW box mag bodies, I may be able to magic up connectors to add to the existing green box mags.

Link to the box in progress. I'll update it as things progress, I guess.
