i was wondering if my friend could come as a +1 and be a bolt also with me? or since all bolt spots are filled he cant

He can't unfortunately. There is going to be alot of bolt action rifles as it is and I dont want to add more.

He could just play on another side that has room or if he wants to play alongside you then he could just do assualt. He could be your spotter (using an aeg of course).

We have a barn we can hang out in.

Get a tarp to cover you tent and make it repel rain better.
