Teams, Sellers, vendors. Please make sure you arrive at the hotel no earlier then 8am, and no later then 9am. This will ensure you plenty of time to set up your tables and not be rushed with buyers coming in the door. We have done a fair amount of advertising for this so there should be a good amount of buyers coming through the door. It is open to them from 10am to 4pm. You are not required to stay the entire time but it will benefit you to do so.

Once again, we would like to thank you for your support and we hope this is a good success for everyone involved.

There will be an Ariel map of where we would like you to park but we will also have parking attendance throughout the day. Please make you way to the West side of the parking lot and look for our guys in Marpat Pants and OD Phantom Fury Shirts.
