Off-road weapon wagon/transportation device

Postby ScaredShooter » Tue Jan 10, 2012 7:41 pm

Two days ago I again realized how many weapons I have. I was wearing my kit and my M249, also carrying a drag bag with my SVD and bullpup. I didn’t even have my M4 or the AK GBBR I plan on purchasing somewhat soon. It was a lot of dang weight to be walking over those large Scappoose rocks with.

The truth is, I like to switch off a lot during some games, and just have options. Often times I’m lending the guns out to friends or people on my team. I’m somewhat of a gunwhore and believe that they all need to be with me at all times, or why be a gunwhore? Idk, maybe I’m doing it wrong.

I was wondering if anybody had some ingenious and hilarious ideas for carrying a support weapon and a couple AEGs to spawn out in the woods... Maybe I just need a child slave.

Pics are especially welcome!

Or, just lolz.

Btw, Radio Flyer wagons are F***ing expensive! $130+ in my searches for the ones with fat cushy offroad tires.

I know this could be a custom project... But I think it's tactical equipment.

This is kind of an interesting design, although maybe lacking in traction.

It would be even better if I could ride in it too.

Hit up Home Depot or Lowes, snatch a "Garden Cart."
-Cush wheels
-Pull handle
-METAL, ZOMG!
-Shoots 399 FPS!
-You could put padding in it
-They usually have high "walls" on them, so stuff doesn't fall out

EDIT:

But it's the "Sandusky" so don't shower with it.
You could hit up a plant nursery and see if they're getting rid of any.

^^

Sweet...

'Tis is a good idea, not sure if it's hillarious enough though. Probably, actually.

Yeah. The new ones are ~$150 but they're flippin' tough. I used to ride down hills in one of its kin back when I had no plastic bbs.

Lolz. That is awesome. But I'm not sure if it could make it to a lot of the more secluded spawns. Still freaking awesome, I'm glad you put that up.

These aren't funny or anything, but can carry a full elk out. They have attachments for a mountain bike and a deal to hook up to a backpack system with hand brakes. I've seen them used in the field and work really well. Should haul the whole fields gear in one carry.

Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to beat you to death with it because it is empty

Get a jogging stroller. Its what many 3 gun competition shooters use.

Don't be a cute kitty. It works really well. I actually have a holder in the front for a rifle.
A hard rifle case that attaches to the bike and a big hard case that attaches to the back rack.
There is an available mount that hooks up so you can mount a M249. shazaam your wagon.

Don't carry 90 extra weapons out with you. One and a backup should be fine unless you have wicked ADHD. If you do have wicked ADHD, I'm going to suggest you stop letting it control your life so much. If people are borrowing your guns, they can carry them their damn selves. If they have a mid-game failure, they can go back to the cars and get a loaner their damn selves as well.

Rifle on sling, backup rifle on Recon pack that stays at spawn. Pistol in holster. Done.
