he should be requiring them as most of the games hosted there have required them in the past but then maybe he and AP likes to play the odds.

not required if you have a AP one on file.

look at the last several games there. everyone had the requirement

Yeah, it'd only make sense if a waiver was required, but who knows. I just go based off of what I read. Also, TruculentMonk, that does suck, I'll be sure to have to shoot you extra times for this :badgrin:.
But yeah, since I won't be there, enjoy yourselves out there.
