It's that time again! We like to look back on a year in review and cast votes to nominate individuals and teams for "best of 2011." This is based on the Pacific NW community, but those of you outside our area are welcomed to chime in for anything applicable.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: This is just for fun! So don't take yourselves too seriously, or you're liable to be voted biggest prick of 2011.
THE RULES
1. Don't vote for yourself as best player or your own team as best team.
2. Put all of your votes in the same reply.
3. If you can't think of an answer for a specific category, put N/A
4. You can edit/change your answers as many times as you want before voting ends.
5. VOTING ENDS January 2, 2012.
6. ONE vote per category. If you choose multiple answers, I'll just pick my favorite when I tally the results

THE CATEGORIES ARE
Best Player: Someone who defines sportsmanship, professionalism, and an overall great attitude on the field. Might be someone who's given a lot of time and effort help other players. This is NOT about skill alone.
Most Improved Player: Somebody who has become a skilled force to be reckoned with on the field. May have been new this year but they've turned into a high-speed low-drag bad a$$ plastic death dealing machine.
Best Team: Which team not only kicked a$$ in 2011, but also set an example of amazing sportsmanship and honor that we should all follow.
Best OP or Event: Your favorite event of 2011. Please keep the selection to localized events. And for god sake THINK BACK, don't just vote for the game that happened last month. Look through previous events in the Pac NW events forum if your memory is limited to the last 30 days. (Or look at the calendar)
Best Playfield: Your favorite field in 2011 (this can be a field we used before 2011)
Biggest Gearwhore: Who's got it all AND MORE!
Biggest Postwhore: On the forums ALL the time, always posting, posting, posting, posting...
Best Photograph: Coolest Airsoft photo taken in 2011, post as a link or as an image. Please cite a specific photo with a link or an image tag.
Best Post: This might be the coolest, the most ridiculous or even the funniest thing you read on AP this year. Post a link.
