The way I read it(correct me if I'm wrong, Tim)is that you need the shemagh/turban if you're wearing civilian clothing.

My intent was for the whole team to wear turbans, but that is not how I wrote it.

Ruling: Multicam or Digital Camo, it is optional to wear a turban. Civilian must wear a turban.

I have found a black "Pashmina" Egyptian Wrap for the head. I can wear it in almost any function you want (As long as it wont make me look like a dumb-ass xD )
Put me on whatever team this loadout fits to.

This is like the 3rd game you will be going to with mismatched camo. And before you say anything, yes, it is confusing, and yes, It has personally confused me numerous times that I have seen you on the field. Come on dude, you can get a woodland T-Shirt from Evike for like 8$.

Yes, he has to sign up on Camp R&R site, not AP. This is so that we have all the correct info on file and all the questions answered that need to be answered.

Find some black pants, then you have a complete outfit. You have the head wrap so you will be on terrorists side.
