Is there a website for this, or just the advertisement here? Looking at possibly going with my group from up in Seattle but we aren't sure what to expect.

No, there is no website for this yet. After this one we will be hosting one every year to bring our community together more often. Its a way for us to sell some old goodies, and buy some new, and also check out what the Local and National Airsoft Retailers have to offer. We are in the process of putting a website together and securing the venue further in advance in the upcoming years.

It is being held in a large banquet room and will have tables for sellers, and booths for vendors to showcase items to the airsoft community. It will also breed awareness to the general public about airsoft and how it is just as safe or safer then paintball.

Make sure to stress proper packaging of gear when bringing it into public places like this.

Last thing we need is a news headline saying "Local hotel stormed by teenagers with automatic weapons."

If you are interested in showing up wearing your team uniform/colors be my guest, we just ask that you do not carry any ammunition with you to this event. If you are transporting your replicas to/from the parking lot, be make sure they are stored and transported properly abiding by all local laws. This means make sure it is in the case at all times until in the expo. We will have ammo available for free for testing replicas.

Already has been posted. Also the way this is set up, those of you bringing replicas to sell, you will be bringing your gear into the back of the hotel from the street, straight into the expo hall. You will not be allowed to roam the hotel with your replica.

Please dont even joke about this subject, even more so that you are under the legal age to purchase firearms or aegs for that matter. This event is to help promote the sport as a safe and fun activity, so keep that in mind and use proper judgment when transporting your gear to and from the event just as you should EVERY time you play.

Yeah, the email just provides the same link that I posted here. So however you want to do it is fine with me. Btw, we have 4 Team tables, 10 sellers tables, and 2 vendor booths left for this event. If you want to sell your goods at the expo, you must sign up now!!!
