No(caps are not mandatory), there will be coloured tape on each arm regardless of cap or not.

CAPS ARE NOT REQUIRED SINCE COLOURED TAPE WILL BE ON EACH ARM REGARDLESS OF WEARING A CAP OR NOT.

It was easy enough to comprehend. If the fact that I mentioned "regardless of cap or not", it should be assumed that you don't need a cap.

Q: "I'm assuming that the cap part is not mandatory??"
A: "No, there will be coloured tape on each arm regardless of cap or not"

Literally, this means that caps are mandatory. However, the second part of the answer implies a possible contradiction. Please clarify.

Predicate logic:
Let T be arm tape.
Let C be cap mandatory.
Assume not C
no not C
therefore = cap mandatory
T=true.

WTF, over?

No(They are not mandatory), there will be coloured tape on each arm reglardless of cap or not(Thus, they're obviously not mandatory)

Next time a simple, "I need more clarification" will suffice instead of coming off like a douchebag.

For you Phiz, a special cap is mandatory.

Uh yeah, I do understand the English language (do you?) and was going off the very first post in the thread with that pesky little AND there. I didn't see your statement above in any of the posts hence the question so as TO NOT MAKE AN ASSUMPTION. You don't need to be an a$$ about it. Just make it clear.

Uniform:
Grand Army of Santa - Red Cap, AND Red Armband
Army of Grinchistan - yellow Cap, AND yellow Armband
Yes, everyone needs A Yellow or Red arm band that is visible from all
directions. If you’re wearing a Ghillie Suit, we’ll have to wrap your arm
in such a manner that the Ghillie doesn’t cover the band. If you don’t
supply your own armband, we’ll have duct tape on hand to use.
