Well hello there.

Hello I am Josh, Joshua, Josue [jos-yoo-ee], or Satterfield. any of those names I will respond to. age 18.

I am new to air soft. I have never served with any armed forces. I am from Vancouver WA.

I have a well MB03, and a jg M4 6604 aeg on its way (no upgrades.) After reading some of the other topics I am a "noob," but thats okay because I'm here to learn.

Also I have been looking at events to attend for a first event. "The "It's Winter Break" Skirm" seems to be likely. Two of my friends are thinking about joining. one has a rifle. the other does not yet but he is looking on air splat.

Hi Josh,

Welcome to AP. I too an fairly new..., but I have been playing for a year and a half.

Not everyone likes Airsoft Megastore, but I would encourage your friend to look there for a gun. I prefer the pricing and customer service over Airsplat. Most of the AP guys here, would probably recommend a G&G or an Echo 1. I like the JGs as well.

G&G is a good brand. Echo1 is to, and both are very reliable. Aftermarket parts are easy to fine for both guns. Welcome to AP

Echo 1 internals are pretty good, but their externals are absolute crap. Take it from the guy that owns one, don't go for it.

Get a G&G or JG

...Plastic is plastic, and the quality of Echo-1 bodies are worse than the quality of JG bodies. Just because it has a Stag Arms logo on it, doesn't make it good.

Thanks for the welcome! And he has a good chunk of cash so he is probably going to get a full metal gun of some kind. Yes plastic is plastic.
