LT6094 kit finished

Postby Stray » Wed Nov 23, 2011 10:34 pm

I have been working on a CB Pantac 6094 vest and this the final product. Note: there are things I want to change and I want to add but I'm looking for cretiques to see what I did wrong or should change to make it more user freindly. I will give a complete item.list as well as item placement with reason for that placement.

Item list:

Head area:

Operator tan ball cap with IR US flag flash tape on top square
ESS tan goggles with clear lense (copper lenses stays in pouch in hydopack until needed)
Crossfire shooters sunglasses as primary eye protection unless at a cqc event
Tan shamagh for neck protection
1 ea CB ops Irene sling
No comm yet.

Chest area:
Tan paca soft armor
CB LT6094 ( I'm pretty sure its a A model)

Front
2 each break away OD rings to hold gear
1 da triple m4 pouch with tan magpuls(awaiting midcaps to use my m4) placed to pull for personal use or for wingman use if running a 5.56 (example. Saw gunner needs a quick mag for some reason) or if I am using my Mp7 for cqc or night games it holds 12 100 mags and 3 low cap
3 ea safari land zip cuffs through left shoulder pad into webbing for quick access.

left side area:
In the built in mag pouch is my death rag and red and white glow sticks for easy access.for events.
1 ea Small utility pouch on first area for batteries
1 ea large utility pouch for thunderB flash bang
1 ea 1911 serpa for easy access I am left handed
1 ea pistol bungee to retain pistol or smg incase weapon catch fails
1 ea rip away medic pouch a little to far to rip away quickly for a real op but my wingman can pull and not get in my way while covering the person or if i am on the phone with the emergancy responce I.wouldn't need to be distracted

Right side area:
Midland radio in built in mag pouch to use incase I ever need comm
3 ea TT double 7.62 buckle top mag pouches for my EBR placed here allows me to lay prown and reload while my rifle is propped so I cam reload while lineing up my target
1 ea small utility pouch holds a extra ThunderB for my wingman or myself to access as well as 4 shotgun shells for my m1014 incase I use this for a cqc game.
1 ea TT rollable buckle dump pouch under the small utility pouch again allows ly EBR to.be roloaded with just my right hand dump mag then pull next mag from mag pouches.

Back side area:
1 ea molle hydo pack with built in outer pocket for extra cold packs and other medical suplies moral patches on back velcro to just have
5 ea safari land zip cuffs weaved through molle behind hydro pack to keep out of way unless needed mostly there for looks or incase medial split or something needs to be held in place.
Bottom of hydo pack and bottom molle is a voodoo multipurpose pouch. I use it to hold what ever is needed for the special tasking for the event like claymores or something holds 3 claymore in main pouch plus 4 m4 mag easy. Also has 2 pouches on either side to hold 2 more thunder B and front pouch holds 6 75 round speed loader for reloading myself or anyone's Pmags as well as latex free gloves and medical sheers.
Dring with rescue 8 on back left side loop for repelling idea
I of the belt but also holds. Kneepads and elbow pads when not in use

Belt area:
Black hawk rigger belt
1ea right hand universal drop leg. Wanted a left but works if I need to abandon a mag in mid reload to use a side arm. Or if I want to use one of my many other handguns from my collection

Uniform:
I run multiple uniforms depending on what teams or groups I am playing with so that depends on teams and events
Boots are black bates steel toe, bates sage green steel toe, black hawk tan combat boots these are to keep propper uniform regs with each uniform.

I originally built this for a seal team loadoit but I feel I let it get out of hand and list the goal slightly. But I could be wrong. I had some ideas like a weapon catch for the M1014 with a large shell pouch. With a long leg panel to hold 3 pistol mag pouches the shell pouch or m203 if I ran my grenadier stuff, and m4 mags on quick pulls or tacos. As well as maybe finding a way to get a BUMP RAID light weight helmet for looks and rail use for lights IR for night ops or get a helmet cam

Reasoning for kit:
I based everything on running a max of 3 man squad while rest of unit.or team goes to complete the primary tasks while this small group clears ahead bunkers or what have you to hold ground while the team gets there so ammo amount and going from my DMR tasking to cqc had to be almost instant. I used the larger ops like Irene to base my reasonings on. Long game time groups change from indoor to outdoor constantly and teams seem to thin when multiple tasks need to be done. or main force is needing Intel on areas they don't hold in force.

I have photos of my kit in my gallery I will post more of me wearing it once I cam get a.camera man. I apologize for not posting photos on this thread. I don't know how or if I can from a phone.

I'm to Dang skinny for my rig even with the BDU top so I add the soft armor vest under to help keep my rig from bouncing around at all. As for the pouches it was what I found. Plain and simple. so I adapted what I could use to run what I needed for extremely long events or if I'm got stuck with a noob that couldn't afford ammo gear or mags I could carry a little extra incase.ever needed. I had the idea for seal during LOW2 but by LOW3 I was changing.it to be a radio combat controller, but after LOW I wanted a " grab smokes and beer kinda thing" like to hold down a zone after The ops failed. I know way to COD. and I knew the seal aspect went way way out The window when I started to carry for an extra person and didn't have the propper pouches.

Shove some cardboard inserts into the plate pockets, that should help it fit without the PACA.

I have those cheap foam sepi plates already in it still doesnt help. I need the size small this is a med large. Also I'm. Guy of 5'1'' 129lbs with a 26 inch waist

Nasty Looks a bit too overloaded, IMO, but still not bad. If it's repro it's almost definitely an A model, and what's the need for the PACA?

FYI it's pretty off for any real world impression.

What could I do to get it be more user freindly until I can get propper pouches for the impression? Note I'm also carrying my girlfreinds ammo and batteries when we play at local games because she can barley hold up her G&G plastic M4

Oh ok I can look into that. Packs bug me which is why j tried to mount everything to me. The TT 7.62 mags are as tall as a m4 pouch just a little wider they are kinda bulky do to the design but I own mostly all 7.62mag rifles. M14s,Sr25s,scarH. I could see what I can put in the hydro pack since it has a pack compartment. Now are.you also saying loose the claymorepack on the bottom and ditch the grenaids

I looked up something from silent professional website and a few others about the LT6094A and uses and it seems seals often wear a paca under it for the same reason or if they arnt going to use the side sepi plates. Seal team 10 photos show LT6094A in CB with 3 color DCU and AOR if I went that route they all wear a bike riding looking helmet with rails or a MICH I think its a 2001 cause of the cut style. as for the pouches yes mine look nothing like there's and ill need to figure out how to cary the same ammount of ammo for myself with less pouches. So ill need to figure out what pouches I would need now.

They still wear PACAs underneath. Gives them more armor coverage than what plate backers and cummerbund soft armor can give the.
