This. 100 times this. People often ignore older or more 'obscure' patterns, but many of the old analog woodland-area patterns are amazingly effective in the Northwest. Add to that the fact that these older patterns are still widely available and often far cheaper than the newer patterns and it's easier to get a whole team kitted out in it.Kuzmen wrote:AirsoftGator wrote:Marpat and ATAC's are the only other options
Not quite, Flectarn, Flora, and Tiger Stripe are all very effective and stylish in the Pac NW.
Our team has been wearing Tigerstripe for nearly 5 years now, and we wore M81 woodland before that. I'm just getting to the point where I want something more in regard to uniform design, and that can be easily amended by RAID modding my blouse and sending the next set of pants I order to Unconventional for sexification.
I think older patterns updated with new styles of pockets and other utility enhancements are sharper-looking than newer patterns with similar features. The first time I saw RAID modded US Woodland I nearly shat bricks.
