Someone up and disappears

Hey all,
I was in contact with a guy, I can't think of his name off the top of my head, about buying my gun and he was going to trade with me. I was emailed about new messages and so I go and sign in to look at them. But to my amazement the messages were not there. In fact all of the messages that I had sent to him were gone and all the ones received were gone. I looked through my history and found when I looked at his profile and it said he never existed. I don't know what is going on and I would like to find him again because he seemed very interested in my gun.

A little bit of both... I think...
Is this Sunday? If yes then it was defiantly something that is illegal in 14 states and, when taken, is considered animal abuse.

But in all seriousness, does anyone know what could have happened?

I am pretty sure it is this one. I have not gotten any other emails like these. Plus the time is 9:00 my pm's show that the last pm was on monday.

Colebart was a huge scammer, if I remember correctly.
There is a chance he scammed his way right off the boards.

You're correct Tombstone, Colebart is/was a huge scammer, I know a few people whom he scammed. Bear I wouldn't go through with this deal even if you did find him.

oooh i let that guy use my battery at one game and he never gave it back so i pm'd him and he said he would give it back at the next game. after a month or so pming he would never pm me back about games. I saw his name on the roster for the hoard so i pm'd him and he said he had no idea what i was talking about and does not have my battery but i have pm's saying he does have it. it turns out he was a no show at the hoard. also i read peoples comment in the classifieds saying that he said will trade guns with people or buy guns from people but would back out at the last minute. I really hate that guy!

You know whats funny? I actually got a set of Tiger Stripe BDU's and a Xenon beam flashlight from him... Both for $30 too, and they were in perfect condition. I even shipped my money out to him. It just seems odd to me, in absolutely no way am I trying to support him, but that just seems kind of weird. :lol:
