Good find?

Postby Icepick » Tue Nov 08, 2011 5:55 pm

I think I may have found a pretty good deal... Check it out here, for comparison I'll post the AirsoftGI link too. Does anybody know if they actually make knock off MBUS sights? It seems odd that they have the Magpul logo on the sights, so maybe they are older versions or something? For $10 it might be worth a shot to buy them and see how good they are...

The bargain ones are polymer instead of metal so they probably won't be as durable. If you really want that look for cheap you should probably buy several of them.

They've been making knock off MBUS for a long time now.

You can expect pot metal (heavy) knock offs (questionable / non existent quality control.) But that is cheap, and this is airsoft, so you may like them just fine.

Edit: I guess they're polymer. I would prefer that to pot metal any day.

Considering my luck with front sights I may need to look into this.

Real MBUS sights aren't metal... ACM fakes have been out for a LONG time. That's still a good deal for them, but I moved of from MBUS sights a while back though, I don't like that they're plastic, I prefer my KAC ones.

I saw that after I looked at the MagPul sights a bit closer. I'm not one for plastic but I'd go for the real ones before I'd go for the $6 ones. Knock off quality is pretty hit or miss, but for $6.57 go for it.

Brilliant, glad I could help. I might buy a pair for myself too... Just an fyi, they also have Eotech replicas for pretty cheap too! ($30-$40)

Edit: Also, an intersting looking "Cool Hard Outdoor Sports Safety Helmet"

Again, for $10, why not try it?
