Trijicon makes one that looks a lot like that too. Very cool post reticle.

It's an H, you can tell from the mag and flashhider. NSW uses it as a DMR.

What's the giveaway that makes it clear that it is a Nightforce and not a Short Dot? The magnification wheel thing?
