Add a COMMS section to the gear area

I think we should have a commo section added.

Types of radios,

FRS, XRS, GMRS, HAM, PRC343,

thematic radio use and sources for replicas.

Dunno, just a thought.

I totally agree. Comms are a very important part to impression loadouts, but information about them are scattered throughout a bunch of different impression threads. A central location for comms gear would be really nice.
