I know, right? If I were going to build one from the ground up, I'd do shoot-through wall segments, or use OSB instead of drywall.

The drywall was mainly at the request of the LEOs that rented the range out for simunition training, IIRC. Pretty sure the cops and CPB guys liked being able to ride role players through wall segments that broke like actual walls did. I seem to recall hearing about how Matt H. bent a surefire L2 between his hip and a 2x4 when an ICE guy rode him through a wall, anyway.

The IR cameras hooked up to VCRs made for some pretty entertaining viewing. Two guys in pitch black fumbling around looking for each other, with a room full of guys watching it on TV and talking shit. Pretty sure the velocity limit there was 450 FPS too, which did more to teach proper use of cover than anything else I'd seen.

Thanks for the heads-up, Matt! I am flying blind here, as I do not know anyone from the boards! If you all could help me out here, I would really appreciate it.

Recommendations? Suggestions? Command directives?

Our arena was designed for kids, not for AP....and I hated that.

But kids are the ones who provide business. As much as AP talks about an arena, very few AP'ers go to them.

Because they're small and full of kids.

Vicious circle; AP doesn't go to arenas because they are full of invincible dancing kids, arenas are full of invincible dancing kids because AP doesn't go to arenas...

Not saying you all are to blame.

It is my intention to schedule this for Thursday the 27th at 19:00 thru 22:00, in an attempt to not interfere with work schedules or Household 6 Actuals.

This goes for everyone: Please let me know if you wont be able to make it for the projected day/time slot so that I can find a replacement for you. Thank you, once again, to everyone that has volunteered for this!

Not right off hand as both lists are good. I'm not sure if he's seen it but Ash the team leader of SOTA would be someone to possibly get on board as his teams drills monthly on CQC a plus he lives fairly close.
Seagreen would also be a good resource as he's been to fairs and has seen the attractions :D

I'll throw in for the echo-2 list. I've been wanting a new CQC place. After the Cage closed, I went to tac-tac so it's nice to see a new facility opening.
