But to answer your question, NO it's not.

I will post when the official date is ready to be announced but it will be soon.

We need more infected signups. Keep in mind SRT that you can become infected during the course of the game. So just because you sign up SRT doesnt mean it will remain that way.

nacho dip, veggie platter, chips n dip. things of that nature.

By the sounds of it, the way Rick is describing the game, a lot of SRT guys are going to end up Infected at the end anyway, so I wouldn't fret too much about what team you start on, you will still be shooting people. :)
