SV2's are the best I've used, but I'm using a set of Blackhawks right now, can't remember the exact model type but I got 'em for about $120 or so. Can't top the SV2's, but they are a close second.

Danner Fort Lewis, also danner is have an amazing sale right now. Darius and I both use them. I love them, not sure about him though

It sounds like you made your pick, but I'll throw in another vote for Danner. The Acadia is just a shorter version of the Ft. Lewis boot (8" v 10").
